This Privacy Policy explains how Appdi handles information. Appdi is a simple WebView-based application that opens public websites such as YouTube, Netflix, Twitch, news platforms, and other streaming or media services. The app itself does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or non-personal information. Appdi only uses a single Android permission, INTERNET, which is required solely to load website content inside the app. No additional permissions are requested and users cannot grant any other access.

1) Information We Collect

Appdi does not collect any information from the user or the device. Specifically, Appdi does not collect:

  • Personal details (name, email, phone number, address)

  • Device information (model, OS version, IP address, identifiers)

  • Location data

  • Usage logs, analytics, tracking events, or crash analytics

  • Cookies, browsing history, local storage, or cached data from the user

  • Camera, microphone, or media files

  • Financial or payment data

  • Contact lists, messages, or call logs

Appdi does not create accounts, does not use logins, and does not store anything about the user.

2) Permissions Used

Appdi uses only one permission:

android.permission.INTERNET

This permission is required because the app loads websites inside a WebView. No other permissions are requested, and the user cannot grant any additional access.
Appdi does not use:

  • Camera

  • Microphone

  • Storage

  • Location

  • SMS

  • Bluetooth

  • Sensors

  • Contacts

  • Notifications

Because of this minimal design, Appdi cannot access any personal information on the device.

3) Third-Party Websites

When Appdi loads websites like YouTube, Twitch, or Netflix, those platforms may collect their own data. This happens directly between the website and the user. Appdi does not control or access that data.

Examples of what third-party sites may collect (not Appdi):

  • Cookies and session data

  • Playback history and preferences

  • Account login details

  • Advertisements

  • Device/browser information

  • Analytics for their own platform

Appdi has no access to those logs, cannot read them, and does not share them. Users should review the privacy policies of the services they choose to use.

4) Data Sharing

Appdi does not share any data with any entity because Appdi does not collect any data.

  • No advertisers

  • No analytics providers

  • No third parties

  • No governments

  • No partners

  • No cross-app tracking

Your usage stays entirely on your device.

5) Data Retention

Appdi retains nothing. Since no data is collected, there is nothing to store, manage, or delete. Any cookies or cached content are created and controlled by the websites themselves, not by Appdi.

6) Children’s Privacy

Appdi is safe for all ages because the app does not collect any information. However, some external websites may contain content for adults or require age verification. That responsibility belongs to the third-party website, not Appdi.

7) Security

Because Appdi does not store or transmit user information, the risk of data exposure is extremely low. The application only acts as a simple viewer that loads websites directly.

8) User Rights

Since Appdi does not process personal data, user rights such as deletion, access, or correction do not apply.
For any data stored by external websites, users must contact those websites directly.

9) Policy Changes

If Appdi adds new features in the future that require new permissions or involve data handling, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. The latest effective date will always be displayed here.
