This Creator Agreement governs creators who upload or monetize content on Swifyvida. By uploading videos or participating in monetization, you agree to the terms below.

🟦 1. Creator Eligibility

To upload or monetize videos on Swifyvida:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must own the content you upload or have legal rights to distribute it.

  • You must comply with Swifyvida Terms of Service, Copyright Policy, and Community Guidelines.

Swifyvida reserves the right to remove content or suspend creator accounts that violate platform rules.

🟦 2. Content Ownership

Creators retain full ownership of the videos they upload.

However, by uploading content to Swifyvida, creators grant Swifyvida a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host the content

  • Stream the content to viewers

  • Promote the content within the platform

  • Display advertisements with the content

This license exists only to operate and promote the Swifyvida platform.

🟦 3. Monetization Revenue Sharing

Creators may earn revenue from their content through the following methods.

Advertising Revenue

  • Creator receives 70%

  • Swifyvida retains 30% for hosting, infrastructure, development, and platform maintenance.

Paid Videos

Creators may sell access to premium videos.

Revenue split:

  • Creator: 70%

  • Swifyvida: 30%

Paid Subscriptions

Creators may offer exclusive subscriber content.

Revenue split:

  • Creator: 60%

  • Swifyvida: 40%

The Swifyvida share covers:

  • Video hosting costs

  • Platform infrastructure

  • Payment processing

  • Security and moderation

🟦 4. Payment System

Swifyvida currently supports cryptocurrency payouts for creators worldwide.

Payment Method

Creator earnings are paid using cryptocurrency (BNB network).

Creators must provide a valid crypto wallet address to receive payments.

Network transaction fees required to send payments may be deducted from the payout amount.

Swifyvida will never ask creators to pay money or provide OTP codes to receive payouts.

🟦 5. Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $2 USD equivalent.

If a creator's balance is below this amount, the earnings will roll over to the next payout cycle until the minimum threshold is reached.

🟦 6. Payout Schedule

Creator earnings are processed monthly.

Payments are sent between the 1st and 10th day of each month after manual verification.

Example:

  • January earnings → paid between March 1–10

  • February earnings → paid between April 1–10

This delay allows Swifyvida to perform fraud detection, traffic validation, and manual review.

🟦 7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must ensure their content:

  • Does not violate copyright laws

  • Does not contain illegal content

  • Does not promote violence or harm

  • Does not violate Swifyvida policies

Creators are fully responsible for all videos they upload.

🟦 8. Platform Liability

Swifyvida is a user-generated content platform.

Swifyvida does not create, control, or guarantee the accuracy of content uploaded by creators.

Therefore:

  • Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish.

  • Any illegal, harmful, or infringing content is the responsibility of the creator who uploaded it.

Swifyvida may remove content or suspend accounts that violate platform policies or applicable laws.

🟦 9. Copyright Protection (DMCA)

Swifyvida follows a DMCA-style copyright enforcement system.

If a copyright holder submits a valid complaint:

  • The infringing content may be removed.

  • A copyright strike may be issued.

  • Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Creators must only upload content they own or have permission to distribute.

🟥 10. Strike System (Three-Strike Rule)

Swifyvida uses a three-strike system.

First Strike

  • Warning issued

  • Content removed

Second Strike

  • Temporary suspension of uploading privileges

Third Strike

  • Permanent account ban

  • Removal of all content

  • Loss of monetization privileges

🟥 11. Severe Violations

Certain violations may result in immediate account termination without strikes, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading illegal or criminal content

  • Copyright piracy or mass infringement

  • Uploading stolen or leaked content

  • Fraud or manipulation of monetization systems

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or abuse platform systems

  • Uploading harmful or dangerous content that violates laws

Swifyvida reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately in such cases.

🟦 12. Unauthorized Distribution

Premium videos and monetized content on Swifyvida are protected by copyright.

Users and creators are strictly prohibited from:

  • Downloading paid videos for redistribution

  • Uploading paid content to social media platforms

  • Sharing premium videos outside Swifyvida

Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension or permanent ban

  • Copyright enforcement actions

  • Legal action if necessary

🟦 13. Illegal Content Reporting

Users may report videos that violate Swifyvida policies.

Reported content will be reviewed by the moderation team.

Actions may include:

  • Content removal

  • Account strikes

  • Account suspension or permanent ban

🟦 14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international digital service regulations and the laws applicable to Swifyvida operations.

Any disputes related to Swifyvida services may be resolved according to applicable jurisdiction and online service regulations.
