Relaxify TV — Privacy & Security Policy
Relaxify TV — Privacy & Security Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2025
1. Overview
Relaxify TV provides ambient sound and relaxing video loops for Fire TV. This policy explains where the app’s content comes from, how files are hosted and secured, what runtime information the app may observe or log, how that information is used, and how to contact the developer.
2. Content sources & licensing
-
The app uses audio and video files that are either (a) preloaded into the app bundle, (b) downloaded from or mirrored from resources that are explicitly labelled under YouTube Creative Commons or other permissive licenses, or (c) hosted on the developer’s content host
zividax.qzz.io. -
Users should understand that content licensed as YouTube Creative Commons must be used in accordance with YouTube’s license terms. It is the developer’s responsibility to verify that any Creative Commons-tagged content used in the app is correctly licensed for reuse in the ways provided by the app.
3. Hosting
-
All app-hosted sound and video files served directly by the app are stored on
zividax.qzz.io. -
File paths, filenames, and hosting structure are controlled by the developer. If you rely on external content (for example, a YouTube Creative Commons video), the app may cache or store a local copy only when allowed by the license and only for delivering the app experience.
4. What runtime information the app collects and why
To provide a working, reliable, and secure service, the app may observe or log a minimal set of information for short-term operational and security purposes. The app does not collect personal profiles, device identifiers, or analytics beyond what is listed below.
The app may record only the following runtime data when the app interacts with the content host or serves content:
-
User-Agent string (browser/webview user agent) — used for troubleshooting, detecting client capabilities and serving compatible content.
-
Public IP address — used only for basic security, access logs, and abuse prevention (for example to detect and block automated scraping or abusive traffic patterns).
Nothing else is collected (no names, emails, phone numbers, device IDs, advertising IDs, location, content of device storage, or other personal data) unless a user explicitly provides that information through a visible, voluntary action (for example sending a message or contacting support).
5. How the collected information is used
The minimal information described above is used only for the following purposes:
-
Ensuring content is delivered correctly to the client (compatibility troubleshooting).
-
Security and abuse prevention (e.g., rate-limiting, blocking suspicious automated requests).
-
Technical debugging when users report problems (logs may be checked in that scenario).
Logs containing user-agent and IP addresses are retained only for a limited time (for example, 30 days) for operational and security purposes, unless a longer retention is required by law or for an ongoing security investigation.
6. Security measures
The developer takes common-sense security measures to protect hosted files and operational logs:
-
Host access is protected with appropriate authentication and least-privilege access for admins.
-
Files served via HTTPS where possible to avoid interception in transit. (If any endpoint is HTTP only, it will be clearly noted and secured as soon as possible.)
-
Access and error logs are stored securely with restricted access and are monitored for abuse patterns.
-
Backups of hosted content are maintained according to the host provider’s standard practices; sensitive logs are not included in public backups.
7. No tracking, no ads (ad-free promise)
-
Relaxify TV is ad-free and contains no built-in tracking or third-party analytics SDKs unless clearly disclosed.
-
The donation prompt (QR code / link) is shown by the app interface only and is not part of any ad network.
8. Third-party content and external links
-
The app may link to or embed externally-hosted content (e.g., YouTube Creative Commons videos or other third-party streams). Those third-party providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies. Relaxify TV is not responsible for third-party data collection practices.
-
When the app opens an external link (for example the donation page at
zividax.qzz.io/p.html), that destination may collect additional information as described in the destination’s privacy policy.
9. User responsibilities
-
If you upload or submit content to the developer or app (for example to request a new sound or to provide corrections), do not include sensitive personal data.
-
Respect copyright and licensing: do not submit or ask to host content you do not own or have rights to.
10. Legal requests and disclosures
-
If required to comply with a lawful government or legal request (subpoena, court order), the developer may be required to disclose logs or other data. The developer will follow applicable law and, where permitted, will attempt to notify the user or seek to limit disclosure.
11. Contact & donation
If you need to contact the developer for any reason (support, licensing questions, security disclosures) please use the developer profile link:

If you wish to support development and keep the app ad-free, donations are gratefully accepted via the profile/donation page:

12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. When material changes are made, the new effective date will be published here. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. International privacy notes (GDPR / CCPA)
-
The app collects only minimal technical data (user-agent and public IP). For users in regions covered by data protection laws (for example GDPR or CCPA), those logs are processed as necessary for the app’s legitimate interests (service delivery and security). Users may contact the developer at the link above to request information about any logs that relate to them, subject to legal verification.
