Welcome to Swifyvida, a video sharing platform where users can upload, publish, and watch videos. By accessing or using Swifyvida, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a Swifyvida account.
Users must be 18 years or older to upload or view videos marked as 18+ content.
If we discover that a user is under the required age, their account may be suspended or permanently removed.

Adsterra Advertising Network
Swifyvida’s internal advertising system

This information may be used to deliver relevant advertisements.

🟦 12. Monetization Policy
Swifyvida allows eligible creators to monetize their content through advertisements, paid videos, and paid subscriber features.
Creator Revenue Sharing
By participating in the monetization program, creators agree to the following revenue sharing structure:
Ad Revenue: Swifyvida retains 30% of advertising revenue to cover hosting, platform infrastructure, development, and operational costs. The remaining 70% is paid to the creator.
Paid Videos: For videos that require payment to watch, Swifyvida retains 30% of the revenue, while 70% goes to the creator.
Paid Subscribers: For subscription-based content, Swifyvida retains 40% of the revenue to cover hosting, payment processing, and platform services.
Creators are responsible for ensuring their monetized content complies with platform policies and applicable laws.
Swifyvida reserves the right to remove monetization privileges if a creator violates platform policies.
🟦 13. Advertiser Policy
To maintain a safe environment for users and advertisers, monetized content must follow advertiser-friendly guidelines.
Content that may not be eligible for monetization includes:
Illegal or harmful content
Extreme violence or dangerous activities
Copyright-infringing content
Misleading or deceptive content
Content promoting illegal services or products
Swifyvida reserves the right to disable monetization on any content that does not meet advertiser standards.
Advertisements on Swifyvida may be provided through:
Adsterra advertising network
Swifyvida internal advertising system
Advertisers may use limited data such as device information, IP address, and browser data to deliver relevant ads.
🟦 14. DMCA Copyright Policy
Swifyvida complies with international copyright laws including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If a copyright owner believes their content has been uploaded without permission, they may submit a copyright infringement notice.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, Swifyvida may:
Remove the infringing content
Issue a copyright strike to the uploader
Suspend or terminate accounts with repeated violations

🟥 15. Strike System (Three-Strike Rule)
Swifyvida uses a three-strike enforcement system to maintain platform safety.
First Strike
Warning issued to the user
Content may be removed
Second Strike
Temporary account restrictions
Possible suspension of uploading privileges
Third Strike
Permanent account ban
Removal of all uploaded content
Loss of monetization privileges
Severe violations may result in immediate account termination without warning.
🟥 16. Illegal Content Reporting
Users can report videos that violate Swifyvida policies or laws.
Content that should be reported includes:
Illegal material
Copyright violations
Harmful or dangerous content
Harassment or threats
Fraud or misleading content
Reports will be reviewed by the Swifyvida moderation team.
If violations are confirmed, actions may include:
Content removal
Account strikes
Account suspension or permanent ban
